1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 to 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or safety reasons. These include:

  • Personal care or health-related items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, hygiene tools)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Clearance or sale items marked as Final Sale

2. Return Process

If your product meets the return criteria, follow these steps:

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item in its original box or similar protective packaging.

  4. Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos as proof of the issue. After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

  • Exchange for another item of equal value

  • Full refund to your original payment method

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and COD service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.

9. Shipping Responsibility

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning your item, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Octawolf is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
